Dr. Lori Scarlett
Dr. Scarlett attended undergraduate school at the University of Nebraska, then obtained a Master's degree in Genetics at Oregon State University. While she thought scientific research would be her career, she realized she didn’t enjoy working alone in a laboratory. Her fiance gave her a kitten and from there she went to Michigan State Veterinary School, graduating in 1995.
Dr. Scarlett has been working with dogs and cats (and the occasional pocket pet) ever since. After moving to Wisconsin from North Carolina, she started her practice, Four Lakes Veterinary Clinic, in Madison. She joined the TCVA in 2019. Her first tour was right when the island opened up after Covid. She and her husband, Cameron, have three sons, four cats, and two collie dogs.
